Monstera propagation

I have a mature Monstera deliciosa plant that lives under my pecan tree in the spring/summer. Last fall, I noticed it had a couple of baby leaves at the very bottom so I decided to take a cutting, making sure I got enough of the stem with nodes. I put the cutting in water on a windowsill and eventually it grew a few long aerial roots. When they were long enough, I took it out and potted it in a small 6 inch container with soft seed starter mix. I kept it consistently moist for a few months in my greenhouse. After growing lots of new solid leaves, it finally put out a leaf with fenestrations. Plants are amazing!
